  As we grief over the loss of a loved, we used Jim's Funeral Home for a cremation. We were scheduled to pick up our uncle's ashes on Friday for his service Sunday and the unexpected happened. The funeral home did not have him ready after they have had his body for over a week for his service. Needless to say we did not get a courtesy call stating that he was not going to be ready. We have family members that has flown in from out of state, services have been set and paid for. It is so stressful for my grandmother to come to grips over a loss with this on top of it and to have a service for her son who will not even be there in ashes. I pray that this does not ever happen to anyone in such a tragedy time.

  Last year when my mother passed away we used Jim to do all the funeral and cremation plans. He made it simple, easy and affordable. No complaints from our family...
